Our self-contained plate washing system is economical, effortless, efficient
and gentle.

This innovative technology incorporates Polymount's Twinlock coated transport platen. This technology allows for dramatic reductions in solvent and water use in the plate cleaning process. Since only the surface of the plate is in contact with the cleaning agent, drying is fast and contact
with cleaning solution is minimal.

The Plate Cleaner flushes, brushes and dries the plates, resulting in a perfectly clean surface. Even the smallest of highlight dots are cleaned without harm. The machine comes in three sizes, is easy to operate with the touch of a button and plates are cleaned within five to ten minutes – clean, dry and ready to store.
